Initial Problem

A new high value real estate development on Sandusky Bay formerly a farm field. At gowned breaking the site included a planned 250 slip marina, 15 single family bay front lots, 23 single canal lots and 12 multifamily 3 story condominiums marina lots. There similar developments in the area.

Outcome

Mass Media Designs developed a complete brand identity including: logo, brand voice, imaging and corporate colors. On this foundation, we built their website along with sales collateral. To date all single family lots are sold out and condo development/sales is a year ahead of schedule. The current push to increase the number of nonresident marina slip rentals.
